check the coil behind the bottom key pad flex remove the plastic supporter of key pad and check

hello bro maybe the line from CPU is broken,so need jumper but the ic is Double is hard to replace!!!

hi mate 1st check keypad connector...after that change ur keypad and then check if problam still same then change keypad ic near the keypad connecter...ur peoblam will solve..post result
