6500s shuts down while calling - GSM-Forum

everytime i try to make a call or recieving a call my nokia 6500s shuts down, i have changed PA and software and i have network signal but when i recieve a call or try to call someone it shuts down, but if i listen to music or doing anything else it works normaly, can you please help me solving this problem??

try to change ribbon and earpiece .....ur prob,ll solve

check imei if its wrong or and of the imei is(?)so than repair rpl.
