Hello Friends.....

I got one 6600.Shows
"Phone start up failed. Contact Retailer"
I can not format threough Pheonix , because it is not switching to LOCAL Mode.

I tried formatting by Pressing The Three Keys , but after format , it shows the same error.
Can anybody help me to solve this problem.

force to into local mode by give 3.5k ohm from BSI to gnd

then flash phone !
when phone force into local mode, it must can be done for user area format !
or for HW, you might need to replace 1~2 flash rom !
