6600 bad ringtones and fading sound from speaker - GSM-Forum

Hi!
I have a brand new 6600 (about two weeks) and the ringtones are very bad (almost no sound)
Also when i start a conversation (signal is full) the sound from the speaker starts to fade out untill you don't hear anything.
I think it is not the speaker or the buzzer.
Do you have any clue what's going on here?
