open the rear cover reheat the bluetooth ic,if still same change the new bt ic... post the result..

Check the bluetooth adress.
Also check the bluetooth option is open or not......?

1st try option repair bt on some box like hwk,jaf...
and afther that rehoot or change bt modul

try to software first(RP BT) or full flash, if still same you need to cahange bt ic,
