I have the same problem but there is IC over up to the camera i didnot check yet

Hardware faillure:Restart camera ,
i change camera doesnot work, sofware upgrade doesnot work too,
6600 board just have four small part (resistor n capasitor) no ic above the camera module. what can i do for repair this problem
