when i flash mcu & ppm finish
use format user canno be use

to format wd2 phones just hold the power+*+green+3 at the same time,hope that helps

have you flash it with the right files??that might help as well,what box do you use?

flash them in this order,format the phone after if that doesnt help hardware damaged

can you see format on the screen when you do it manually??

was the phone working before,have you checked the hardware??

hard 2 repair
