6600 keys dont work - GSM-Forum

hi there
i installed some software onto my n6600 the other day and now the blue menu button and the left select button doesnt work anymore. ive tried the hard and soft reformat and still the problem persists. anyone have any ideas?

hardware problem!!!
clean board to keypad connector.

try another key -pad for the board.

try also to reformat your multimedia card... erase all wats inside...
use another n6600 or the card reader..

tried all that to no avail. even with the sim card and mmc card out the keys dont work. stumped.

you must change cristal module ic that is for the keys
