nokia 6600 shows insert sim. i made jumper for sim ic. now it accept some sim. and for some sim card it shows insert sim. why?

in simtray 2 pin showing gnd after i have removed that component too. what can i do now? can anybody help me? my handset shows insert sim.

chack your sim box and sim line and chack ic sim

now i removed the sim ic and made jumper. short was removed now. eventhough it saying insert sim.
