If ur phone can receive and calling normaly, that is only hardware problem, try this solution sir:
1. Check ur display --- replace or change with another display
2. Check ur display conector --- replace or change ur display conector
3. Check all track on ur from display conector to display IC -- if cut please jumper
4. Check ur display IC -- reball or change
5. Before change ur display IC please check all pin track on ur board.
6. If same -- reheat verry carrefully ur UPP, reball UPP or change UPP

first of all post always complete history of ur handset
it is helpfull for every members.
and do as like adickasia says.
but if u can not make or recive calls then connect with ufs and check local mode, and if local mode does not ok
and u can not take info then it is the problem of boot ic near battry connector. try to change it,
and post result
if not solve then tell here
