6600 white screen problem

Hello everybody , i am an owner of a Nokia 6600 3 years now. I haven't updated anything on it or changed anything but i am experiencing the next problem: Sometimes when i am getting a call or a sms the sreen turns white and then the phone reboots. When this thing is happening it lasts for atleast 2 days and then the phone gets back to normal.

When this white screen thingy happens if i try to make or receive a call/sms the phone automatically reboots. Is there any way to fix this problem? If you didn't understand it till now i am a total noob concerning mobile phones so i would love an answer in its simplest form.

Also i would love it if you could recommend me a way to backup my files/contacts to my pc and then (if a format or w/e needed) to be able to restore them. I have a Bluetooth receiver on my pc.

first while phone is on send info via bt to your pc. to sort out white screen problem format phone an do a soft wear up grade an do factory settings must work tried an tested few time times good luck
