6610 error in imei ? - GSM-Forum

dear,
i have 6610 when i tried to flash using n-box, proses aborted cause " error in imei " ( imei: ??????-??-?? ). somebody please help me!

Dear friend,

please give some details of ur fone, when u wil insert sim card what on display? its contact service etc..?
if its contact service try this method
1) Flash you phone with latest version (MCU, CP, PPM).
2)Make a copy of the MCU file "rm-3704.200". Open it with any
Hex Editor and change the following addresses:

(address: orig -> modified)

DC: 61 B7
E0: 71 1B
107: 9D A2
108: 46 EB
37C964: 1E 6F
37C968: A9 58
38092F: B2 F9
380930: E5 6C
380931: BA 28
380932: 68 2A
380933: B7 27
380934: 8A 84
380935: C1 16
380936: 23 55
380937: 6B 19
380938: 97 FB
380939: 0B 48
38093A: 99 6B
38093B: 26 47
38093C: 9A C5
38093D: 3D 76
38093E: 9D 14
38093F: 46 79
380940: A4 BA
380941: 35 A8
380942: F9 FC
380943: C7 A7
380944: 1F 52
380945: 2E FF

3) Save it and then just flash the modified mcu file,
by skipping authentification (Skip A on prodigy flash example).
Erase only area 1 and 2, skip 3,4,5 and 6.

if ur imei corrupted
1)try to rebuil ur imei by rpl file
2) or u may need to change uem, but be careful try ur best on software then if it no good result then u can replace of UEM.

if u wil take selftest report and some more details then people can suggest u better,
