6610 no buzzer Please Register here

i have 5 pcs N. 6610, no ring/buzzer out, i have to:
1. try to up grade firmware,
2. change speaker,
3. change small audio control ic (N 150),
4. short the speaker pads and all of them no result.

is there any members or moderators have many idea or tricks??

@Moderator

Respectably to all moderators, i need gathering any members who have the same problem with me and have to do any steps above in this topic.
i think it was a hardware problem that can't solve without changing UEM/UPP, because to change UEM/UPP is very "high risk". I have read, there was a lot of members who have the same problem with me and ask the same question in this forum and all of them can't post the result after other member given the suggestion. so, if there is other member can give a tricks without changing UEM/UPP and in other side any member who have the same problem and register in this topic and post the result, i think it can be made a sticky.

@all members who have the same problem.

If some of us have the same problem and had to do my step above and still no result, please register in this topic and post the result soon after other members give a tricks.

@any member have a tricks

post your tricks, with the picture.

Hello

before u try this or this u must test first ...!!!!!

first of all try to check the audio signal from UEM to audio amplifier N150 ... if not ok the UEM faulty ...

if audio signal is ok then u must check the signal from audio amplifier if not ok then change N150 "audio amplifier"

else if the signal from N150 is ok, the check connection between N150 and ringer pads if ok then ringer faulty ....

Is there no tricks to make an active buzzer without resolding UEM ? I mean in this case if we resolding the UEM, then we missing the lines, it can make another problem, sometimes the UEM goes die and we must change the UEM. In my country UEM is very expansive and the quality is very low.
thank's for the respond, i'll try and post the result.

Dont risk and do too much hassle on UEM changing... If buzzer and N150 is change and still it doesnt work, CHANGE UPP then flash the phone!... Tested by me for 6610, 7210, 6100 and.....

That's it! CHilL!

@asafyry

thank's brother,
i think it's high level risk to rehot upp because it can destroy the phone if too hot !
i mean is there no tricks like N 3310/15/50/etc... that can make a wire from one line to another line ?

check this:

P.S.
I was solved problem with my 6610 only by rehoting UPP - 10000000% works
No need to change any part but there are also many another reasons of no buzzer sound, so I made and put there my own picture

How did I know how to find the reason? --> N150 is audio power amplifier so I took audio signal from input of N150 (C160 or C161) and connect it to external audio amplifier with speaker boxes and all buzzer sounds was OK - that means the UEM is OK, because audio signal becomes from it!
No risk with trying to change, rehot or reball UEM when first U try to measure signal like me So only reason stays controll signals from UPP.
VERY IMPORTANT - during all repair operations make two wires from buzzer pads on PCB and connect some external buzzer - easy repairing & no matter with checking contacts during assembly, disassembly or makeing any measure.
