6610 rebooting - GSM-Forum

has anyone encountered this? flashed it but still the same... virtually the phone is unusable. most of the time the phone reboots after entering PIN

can you give more info please

like software version before flashing and also the version you are trying to flash into the phone, also which flasher are you using, what operating system and whatever else you can give

the original version when i received it was 4.18 upgraded to 4.74 i used griffin windows 98se. after flashing applications, games are not present..

could you shed me some light on this matter?

could be flash, UEM or UPP faulty. U should check Voltage on Baseband module. U can restore games and java application if u flashing using content package. Sorry if i wrong.

i have the same problem i checked every thing i upgrade and i down graded still

the phone is restarting by it self

it some time works for 2 to 3 hours with out give any problems

and some times it becomes crazy

i checked every thing

Reflow ur UEM and Flash chip. Be Careful when u reflom them.
IF still doesn't work, Chip faulty

sorry for long reply, the phone was taken from me...

the thing now is that when i activate infra-red, access the galleries (wallpaper) the phone shuts-off... the phone is still not repaired... phone flashed ok by griffin version 4.74
