3310 dead unless connected to twister !


i have 5 of these 3310s with this fault , they wont power up even when a good battery is connected, but if i connect the twister flasher they power on any ideas ? this must be common problem seeing as i have 5 of them

problem is with your ccont which is the power supply ic.u need 2 reflow/change it.

make jumper from batter positive from any test point on the PCB to the described place in picture. find that TP on the keypad side. hope you will understand

short circuit BSI pin on PCB to ground and see if it can be on now.If ok follow BSI circuit with the help of circuit diagram

you no need to remove IC just find the no. 1 marked testpoint to the key pad side & give supply of bat+

sir did you try if the phone is charging when charge it? if the phone is charging but it doesn't power on, try to change the power switch, if still doesnot power on, check the connection of v414 to r224, or switch to v114, or switch to r224. if the conection is ok, try to change flash i.c. hope it work,
pls post result.
