try to format with manul use ufs and select normal format three times r use three button * 3 call power & post result .

remove memory card..... then format phone.... might try flash latest version..

yes i solved this problem by software and before do anything first remove memory card.

this problem may caused by tahvo , sdram , cmt flash chip ( imei 12345654321?).....chich them

check the imei if still ok or make back up pm and crt and write the pm
