6681 power switch?? - GSM-Forum

hello,
got this 6681 today, it charges okay and comes on when connected to twister @ read info but would not power on with battery.looking for a repair manual of this phone or any solution from u guys.

First, i would try to clear contacts on which comes batery, and contacts on board( also the ones where is batery ).That would be my first step, after that you should check your batery( if it is older then 1 year or year and half,it could have low capacity) it maybe has voltage, but capacity is the key, with low capacity it will not power on,also if it is under some voltage( less then 3 volts) in some cases it will not charge, ,and it will not power on, if this things are ok then you need to rehoot some of the chips. Ic and some others. Hope that i helped.

When you use heater for anything around processor, you need to cover it ( cover processor with metal closed case) , to not get over heated. Just be careful when heating around it.

done all of that already friend! right now the service manual and or repair manual is what i'll need to attempt to isolate the problem.

just change small IC it`s nerby switeshkeys aft that you can ues power switsh and good luck
