6670 problem with number 7,8,9.
i check x400 voltage values around is 1,9v
i check z400,z401,r112,r..... e.t.c
can help me anyone

check ui connector to pcb keyboard...
reheat or replace key drivers...
try other keypad board...
it might be cpu problem.. try to reflow..

Try to reball the UPP, but be careful maybe disable, the handfree and camera will become Hardware failure: restart camera.
