software skip bluetooth flashing then repair bluetooth

in 6670 you cant skip bluetooth flashing then repair bluetooth

i have 1 6670. its come to dead. i do the flash.in the ufsx-hwk box it is connect and then flash is not detect.its shown un known chip. so any body give a idea pls.
its hardware pbm or software. i do the s.ware 4.20version.but same thinks

so pls.....
