6680 Camera Problim - GSM-Forum

look at this problim its funny

when i use 6680 offline without sim card the camera works

but when i use it online and with sim card the camera dont work

i maked flash with universal box and erase and nothing happened

any solution plz ????????????????????????????????

if u r sure of ur flashing issue , so its a hardware prob pal

i hadn't face this problem b4 but let us think about it 2gether
i think the problem is a power short
in offline mode phone disconnect the the sim card reader .. so its out of powering,
but in online mode sim card pins are pwoered on by the phone.. so as a result
of miss connecting a power shorting accured which is cause ur camera deactivating...

the problem may be with ur sim card magniticity (A WEEKPOSIBILITY ,.. BUT ITS THERE...) and u can check it very easyly by changing the sim card..

and if its not u have to clean the mean board .. test the sim ways..

thats my imagination about it..
plz any body correct me if iam wrong...

try 2 get the chematic 4 the board and follow the tracks, i 'll try 2 find it 4 u..
i read u talked about flashing with universal box?? u mean ufs?? and u full erase it ??!! u cant erase bb5 phone.. try 2 flash it with any other box just like gti or try 2 flash it with any other v.. b4 u lose urself with hardware soltions..
'll tell u if ia have anything new and so u do

i guess logicaly its a working solution...
but
1rst: u have 2 post a chematic or something by 4 what u did 2 make it clear
2nd : i guess that nofear have 2 try it also so we can make sure its a worjing solution by test it with 2 different cases

well i cleaned the board well & i resoldered the sim connector & i also changged the som filter 7 times but still the same

any other ideas ??

sorry but i cant post any picture.all u have to do is resolder the sim holder of your 6680.i have solve two cases with the same problem.

hi!also try to resolder the sim reader of your 6680 and try to change the sim fiulter.
