6680 Strange Problem - GSM-Forum

i have one 6680, the problem is auto power off during song playing or ring tone playing, i have search forum but nothing found relating this problem

can some one help me on this case?

have u done software?if yes then there is shorting in ringer path,so try from ringer changing,then ringer ic,it may do okur handset

may be sound ic short and battery eat

Sorry did 6680 have ringer ic?

oh yes boss..i m sorry for that.there is not any ringer ic..i just tell him basic solution,there are some components named c2105 c2107,r2105 r2107... remove or cange those parts,,coz they may be damaged.which are connected with ground,m i right sir?
