6630 big trouble - GSM-Forum

i have a 6630 customoer give this set to me in dead condition first i reball the hager ic and software the set and set is on and keypad work properly and no network i change ant switch and pf and network is ok but mic not working i change handfree ic and mic ic and mic is ok after that no display i change the display and check set without keypad frame to check the set i short keypad conector sometime after all work done all is ok i pack the set but keypad not working i also change conector internal keypad, keypad ic but the keypad not working i mean i replace the many item but keypad not work and customer says gime set back i m doing hard work for repairing this set SO PLZ GIVE ME HELP TO REPAIR THE KEYPAD thanks in advance

i cahnge keyboard and keypad ic but problem is same

try reheat/reboll helen - cpu .....
