6700 call dropped - GSM-Forum

I have a set with call dropped problem after few secs its ended sometimes U can talk 1 minute sometimes half a minute and call dropped ,Phone has allready been flashed and rpl written due to bad flash but before symptoms were same any ideas?
Ill try to write rf settings from server but if it wont work what next BR
