check near UI (user interface integrated circuit) for liquid damage!
there are one resistor for lcd leds and one R for keypad leds ,the resistor is there to set brightness of leds (leds are commanded by UI through negative line, leds are always connected to +).By liquid damage the resistor or under it is a short circuit to ground so leds are always connected to ground (and + by default) and always ON!
Just remove resistor and clean PCB (R407 for keypad and R406 for lcd) and leds will work as NEW !
