7210 problem - ringer not working after a full software re-flash?

anyone help ??

p.s. also got 7650 where there is no ringing tone but it vibrates ???

is it keypad tone working ?

if yes, then you going to check that CP SW and sound AMP (HW)

I have a 7210 with ringer problem, but the key pad is ok. Any suggestions please.
