7210c vibrates and will not power on - GSM-Forum

plsss guys, 7210 when powered on will only vibrate and show nokia without background light. i flash the phone with different versions even with ver7.23 still the same, also 5310 even after flashing too will show nokia then fade into blue screen so what will i do sirs. thanks
