after flash

check the imei still there? if got imei you can ttr to unlock so it will upload sp data for the phone.

Probably you have flashed wrong file. flash it with files:

MCU: xxxx.0
PPM: xxxx.c , xxxxxa, xxxxxb, etc..

connect with griffin select manual mode press unlock phone will display (Local Mode )if says successfull its ok
or
try flash ppm only then unlock it will work 100%

try reflash this phine with 7260 MCU,PPM,CNT ad unlock this phone.
I has had resembling problem.

do BB test so u can knew from this fault comes from ....
