Hi friends i have nokia 6630 which auto power off approx 7to8 min.i clean pcb very well&flash with new frimwere but problem is still same plssssssssss give me right solution.

during talking phone goes to off ?

you change battry ? use oragnel battry ?

reset master put charger on phone and see?

maybe theres a virus in mmc sir try scan mmc with anti virus.. or else change flash ic...

there no virus in mmc i scan with norton antiviras,

its a flash ic problem sir....... replace flash ic
