Arrow 7310c keypad problem


i got a problem in 7310c no work 7,8,9 i have change the keypad ic but no solve the problem jeck is ok ihave also change the keyboard but no solution help me plzz

U tried changing both ic`s? They are both responsible of keypad fault`s.
Check attached picture.

mate you have solution ? 7310 7,8,9 not working,sometime's 9 is pressing by it self...which of the two ic need to be change?thnk

change keypad flex... it is bug on this keypad bcoz if You hit the flex in place where track is going from lower layer to outer layer (a little dot) it'll work but it's only for a while...
