7500 charging problem - GSM-Forum

hello friends i have got a 7500 which shows charging and i can measure the charging volt also on the battery connector but the battery does not get charged can anyone give me any solution for the complaint please i had already tried different batterys , all solutions other than changing battery is heartly welcomed with thanks
