7610 after format user area it becomes 00 00 00 00 00


what should i do now?? the phone cannot be turn on. It only stay blank

Have you try to use magic button to format your phone ???
press it together *- 3 - green button - Switch on the phone
after it formatting will shown on LCD
if not work, get your UFS box and do this...:


use this erase address....

START 047FFFFF
END 00FF0000

then erase again

START 02900000
END 02FBFFFF


Then flash your phone with latest FW, Upload a good PM, do UI option(Unlock), if it blinks do FUA

I use the ufs3 box. And today it happen again when i flash a 3650. it says booting phone after flash but it never boot. so i try to format user area and it comes out again 00 00 00 00 00 after i format the phone.

Thanks, Yes i have format 3 times manually as well. I will try to use the erase address.

So after erasing i flash the mcu and ppm right and after then write pm not write product code right.
