hi mt8 mostly this sproblem somply change keypad ic and solved lots time repier ..br check this solution maybe solved your problem post result soon.

i am thinking that 7610 also having joystick like 6600 or 32230 ? i am confused i solved this problem in k pad ic

7610 no have joystic if not work navigation key right frist whash well with tinner all pcb and dry with hot air 60% will solve this problem, after clean have same problem
chenge keypad ic 100% ok
