nokia 2650 no screen

I have a nokia 2650, and everything is working fine except the screen! Hearing and talking is very good!
So the talking is ok, I can call everyone I want, but I have to know the number! )
There was a time when everything was ok with the screen, but for a very short period of time. And there was one more time, when the screen appeared rotated 180 degrees. Like I said, everything seems to be working fine, except the screen. I opened the phone and I looked inside of it. There is a flat cable that I have examined with a magnifying glass. I can't see any bad connections. Also I saw 3 blue leds on keypad that seems to not work. What do you think of this phone? I already took the service manual, and I am looking over it. I think that the flat cable should be the problem! thank you!

NEW PROBLEM!!!
I've just changed the flat cable, with a new one with sim connector and now the screen works, but it says INSERT SIM!
What did I do wrong? Please help!!!!!

So I looked twice on the flat cable, and there are missing 2 components. Near the speaker, not near the sim reader!

try to resolder simcard holder, or, the flex cable you use might be defective. try replacing it again.BR

AND UP AGAIN!!!

Man this is the worst phone ever. I've tried 3 flat cables, now is working, but there is a problem:
With the original display, everything is seeing in the mirror. Now I have an display from an old 6610 I think, but this display has some black lines... I wish I can make the old display work, but I don't know what is wrong with it, it worked perfectly with the old flat cable, I did not changed nothing, I can put some pictures if you want...
What do you think it might be?
I tried the display on some broken 2600, but is the same mirror thing; it must be something with the display (
