7610 with "contact retailer" - GSM-Forum

I have a 7610 with "contact retailer", i tried formatting manually and with prodigy and had no luck. In self tests with prodigy it doesn't show any fault. Any help?. Thanks!.

Erase memory and flash the phone, if still cs then try to change UEM.

erase flash=>flash=>format user area if you do all this thing and you have Contact Retailer try format from keybord green + 3 + * + power on it shuld be help

that is a simple to fix and too many way.., use griffin to repaire, first format user area , eraseflash, make fullflash, sent PM, unlock if not success try like this: eraseflash, flash combo ( chinese version ) it is same MCU and PPM, after flash phone must be power on and "insert simcard" in chinese language, now goto make fullflash with your MCU and PPM

Thanks all, wil try that pazeth, but i don't have griffin. Manual format didn't work, erase flash and flash don't worked also. The board is a little bit doubled, phone was probably run over by a car. I rehoted uem, will try to rehot all the rest of ic's. Thanks

I tried formatting user area with prodigy plus and it says: "Formatting User Area ...: Failed!". What's the problem, flash ic, cpu?. Thanks.

If i try to reset user data it says Failed too... "Resetting user data: Failed!". Whats the problem?. Thanks!.
