7610 flash ic and uem solder type - GSM-Forum

anybody has any information about 7610 solder type ?

r they (nokia) using new tricks of protection using some kind of new solder alloy type which required different kind of hot degree for melting instead of resin

coz it's very hard to melt the solder using normal temperature, a lot of it ended up with lost point at the flash and uem ic

can we replace the bottom one sec 418 with 413 like in 3200 ?

lead free solder type ...

its so hard and need special treatment ...

Yes melting point lead solder is appro 185 degree celsisu
Meling point leadfree is arround 210 degree

examples ? irda heater or professional bga rework station ?
but not everyone could afford it, especially me

use 936 rework station thats what i do

but mind you with a good soldring paste like from germany i dond remember the name right now and use the smallest nosele or second to smallest
