7610 flashing error


7610 came to me with nokia hanging,replaced boot ic fone was ok.
but sterted to go off every 10 minutes,flashed with latest version,same problem.then reballed flash and ram,now when connected to JAF it shows following log

Replace the UEM, reflash ur phone, rebuild imei with asic5 rpl and finally unlock the phone.

if 4 addresses appear that due to:

1- Cristal ic between Big flash and upp (most cause)

2- Flashes (remove one by one) and compare

3- upp or uem (less commone)

if you replace big flash by another (orginal big flash) you must remove cristal and capacitor below it and put R (or jumper) below capacitor (removed)>>>
