Dear sir my 7610 no power.but phone succesfully flash.but UI setting fail.what can i do for this sir?

I solve this prob in two phone by fullflash with good PM

flash mobile with fullerase.fia
flash mcu & ppm
is Nokia text comes after flash ?
if nokia text comes on display or mobile goes to local mode than write good pm,full fact set,format
post result
