see your flash ic {rehot/replace}.......
coz' F10 detected but not read it and others not detect [F11...]
maybe this can resolve...u'r error ....

1st Boot OK, WD2, UPP:1081 ->>> this explain u'r UPP is good
F10: 0x00000000-0x00FFFFFF,00000001, ->>> u'r 1st Flash IC detect but not read IC model
(be carefull if you rehot or replace it, coz this IC configure u'r UEM)
*remember* 7610 has 2 Flash IC.....so........you lost F11
(try to rehost or replace it)
if this not resolve u'r probelem....
you must change 2 Flash + UEM
