7610 St_lprf_if_test Failed - GSM-Forum

i have a 7610 show this ST_LPRF_IF_TEST FAILED when i use jaf to do the self test, the phone sometimes works 100% full signal with no problem but sometimes the signal is 0%.

I already change PA, i already flash the phone MCU + PPM + PM. Format user area.

Still the phone sometimes 100% full signal and sometime 0% signal.

okay, now i already try to click the repair bt, and the phone test result is ST_EXTERNAL_RAM_TEST failed and sometimes pass.

this results sometimes failed and sometimes all show pass.

May i know what is the problem.

you can reheat, reball or replace the SDRAM.

"ST_LPRF_IF_TEST ", this test is for bluetooth cbus, i think u should change or rehot bluetooth ic,
