7610 power on then phone start-up failed contact the retailer
after 30min auto power off pls help

Format User Area, or manual format YES+*+3+ON
Check if IMEI ??????, write RPL

why ....
first check a soft then hardware :-)

if You have a griffin
if manual format user area not helps then:

1. flash phone wit full erease file (this is a special flash file)
2. flas phone with latest normal flash file with lang.
3. write to phone PM
4. UNLOCK

and if phone is hardware ok then MUST LIVE

after this procedure You may have a no network. then write another PM.
