Member: 139388 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 98 | 7610 strange problem First removed the PF and i checked still board was short Then i removed the power ic and i checked still board was short??? Wht to do next???How to remove the short?? |

Member: 278058 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 81 | Yes you handled right: Always first remove PA then UEM. (most short of those two) Now you can search for all VBAT lines in 7610 schematic. (Just search "VBAT" in search window of acrobat reader) But first of all wash the board and inspect it for damaged parts. |

Member: 486960 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 45 | Try this. Use Power supply, connect to your battery connector, give 4Volt.And check the temperature of all the IC. Seek which one is the hottest. That's the failure component. |
