7610 strange problem need help
 

one of my customer brought 7610 with strange problem ..

he said that he connected directly +ve and -ve of charging lead without adopter with electricty inorder to charge.

the set got stuck on nokia with no light .. when i opened the cell .. the board is not burnt any where .. everything looks well .

then i tried it to format with HWK, UB, MT .. all the box's formated it .. even i did UI Setting on UFS_HWK .. it took up all the UI setting .. then I tried to set the mode in NORMAL with FBus on UFS .. it got ON with light ..

But when I insert battery it show the same thing .. NOKIA with nolight and hang .. then how it boots with FBus Cable ..

where could be fault .. what should i check please help

what is dead usb [ simple usb cable - DKU-2] and on which box should i flash
