Flash problem 6230i


I have problem with 6230i.Phoenix showed nand mem test failed.First I removed glue and reballed nand flash memory.This passed OK because pcb stayed undamaged.Tried to flash with hwk and mt-box but get this messages.Any idea somebody?Seem both flash are now damaged!!
