[B]Flash problem 6230i[/B] - GSM-Forum

I have problem with 6230i.Phoenix showed nand mem test failed.First I removed glue and reballed nand flash memory.This passed OK because pcb stayed undamaged.Tried to flash with hwk and mt-box but get this messages.Any idea somebody?Seem both flash are now damaged!!

becarefull with 6230i! New flash chip and it's willing to die whenever i flash it

Reball flash chip, because software cant see it, if not damaged already ofcourse.
