7650 keypad failure


i can't push the numbers 4, 5, and 6 no matter how i try, can this be fixed?

Maybe pads problem, clean the surface of the board... Or if problem persists change ribbon.

I found this once with the connector attached to the ribbon, the one that plugs into the keypad, take a look and see if any of the legs have become detached, remove with a screwdriver though as unplugging by pulling on the ribbon can wreck it completely, try to hot up legs points or just replace ribbon its an easy job
