No...i think no...
I have 1 like this....Power Switch 100% Ok..,and Voltage in Power On is around 3.7-3.9V ,connect it to ground still cant power on....
This Phone can charging and flashing...but still power Cant power on...but the Ccont is ready with Hard Glue

Check volts across the power switch (on off button) if no volts and switch is ok replace V116. If this fails reflow Cobba (if no glue) or replace cobba.

ive already replaced the v116, it is near the ccont right? still theres no power. do u think that theres a connection to the cpu?

please check the Clock Crystal.....and if still prob still remains ....reflow CCONT 70719
