Hi

8210 insert sim, reflow cpu and phone dead. Read and write flash ok but still can't power .

search old topic but can't find any helpfull suggestion.

Help please

Fully flux the cpu and on a low heat flow it again.

no try to replace the CPU itself...BTW why did u heated the CPU ?
and insert SIM problem is from SIM controller transistors (provided u have verified the sim tray) and CCONT only and rarely from CPU...
