8210 insert sim card problem - GSM-Forum

when i put sim card and power on phone for about 5 sec i got nothing on display and after that it's again insert sim card on displey.i looked and everything seems to be in order and i cannot find malfunction.it's not bad contact,or something like that.all elements on board seems to be okay and i cant repair it.anybody have some solutions?
