May I know what kind of equipment you used for this purpose? And what chemicals did you use to remove the emicon from the "underfilled" IC? Thanks friend. |
may i know precisely what's emicon first?
also can anyone tell me any solution for my case? Are the msid/cobba/eeprom or any sensitive part corrupted because i change the mad2? |
@ ChamKute
Hi.
In the service manual for Nokia it is said that if you have a problem with MAD2, underfilled Cobba or brocken print on the board, you do not repair the unit. You have not corrupted any secure functions on the phone by changing only MAD2. But if you have made a full flash, then it is very bad. The EEPROM is emulated at the end of the flahs.
Please tell us for your solution of removing the resin from underfilled chips.
Best regards
Daniel |
