I need to know another thing.. I put flux to dessolder all bgas, but I should I remove the solder that stills on the phone board ??? because like on the ccont and cobba places on the phone board there are those littles holes near the bga contacts, and when I take the solder off with the solder iron, they get solder and then, when soldrering again, the bga don't solder well and some parts of the solder goes to that little holes .. how to prevent that ???

thks
sorry for this stupid question..... but that's another problem I have

you don`t have tools for proper RF repair...

- you need JIGs, spectrum analizer and GSM tester...

without proper tools you cant find the damaged component and you will just guessing...

RF repair is like this:

-phone board in JIG connected to wintesla/phoenix and Tester and set to TX or RX and with Spectrum check the signal path to see what is damaged...
-after compomponent is replaced check again and in final calibrate the RX&TX using Tester...

Noone0,

first, remove casing , then put 68K ( normal mode as normal battery install ) or 22K ohm ( force to local mode as service bettery insert ) , FROM BSI GND, then put power supply to give 4V to VB+ and gnd, then this way you can make phone power up without casing !

2th, try to connect Mbus cable from PC com port to phones, then run wintesla !

go RX :
measure first , all VRX all supply from CCONT !
once wintesla got detail of that phone, then you go to test menu, and set RSSI reading , it must show -110 (+-) dbm

then, you measure that MAD to Hager control R301 (3310) , R205 /R206 ( SENA /SCLK) , if no wave you can see, then MAD is problem !

then go to test Hager to VCO at C558 ( 3310) , or C802 (8210) , then you can see from oscilloscope for around 216hz (CH:60, voltage 3.18V) wave, if you can not see it, try to get one working phone , then make same way to measure it !

if VCO loop is ok, then you go to see R504 ( 3310) , R530 ( 8210) for that RX IP/QP .

then check 32.768 for C220 (3310) , C113 ( 8210 ) to check
that sleep clock is ok or not !

go TX:

meausre all VTX are supply ok !
go wintesla , go to RF control, then set "TX".
then use oscilliscope to measure TX QP R546(8210 ) R541/R548 (3310) , you can see that COBBA send wave to Hager !

then go to tune menu , put your "RF LED" on antenna pad , set TX power level from 19 step up to level 5, then you can see that power supply current went up too !

if LED not light up, then you use LED go to L553 at pin 1 (in) and next pin 7 ( out) to see if your LED light or not , if in pin 1 is OK, then pin 7 is OK too, then antenna switch must got problem , if TXP wave is ok, and TXC level is step up too , then pin 1 has no light up on led, then it most PA problem !

also you can contact Guciano , he has some photo from he build test jig, i think it is nice to use it
