8210 signal problem. - GSM-Forum

Hi,
I need your help. My 8210 have signal, but only sometimes it don´t have signal, and after moment, signal is OK. Sometimes i must switch off phone and switch on and after that i have signal. It isn´t software!!! Faid and eprom is 100% good I think it is bad diplexor?? I don´t have hot statoin, how can i repair it?? Thnx all.

Try cleaning the PCB raising the Antenna connector, and nothing more as U dont have the essentiall equipmentation.

you have to reball cobba and hagar. they have bad contact on PCB. It is more common problem on 8210

change the antena switch...................

No tools? that mean you need to send to someone, why post problem like this?

it is hardware problem... how can u repair that w/out tools?

send to someone knows about hardware problems!

sorry, but this is tveery old thread, however i buy a hotair station, made prodigy, when i wrote this thread, i was totally beginer, now, im reparing phones in service..
